Nick works with the #1 RE/MAX office in the Tampa Bay Area annually closing over $710,000,000 in sales.  Nick has worked as a full-time real estate agent for 21 years. Nick prefers to work alone with two assistants, his wife Samantha Vavoulis for 10 years, and Nicky Lumpkin for nearly 3 years. He does not employ a team or partners. When working with Nick Vavoulis, you will work with him directly.

Nick attended school in Tampa and Orlando with an emphasis in Sales and Marketing, and headed straight into Real Estate.
